SXSW 2012 Notes

White Denim at the Doritos Stage (Really, why was there a Doritos stage?) Their prog folk rock surrounded the outdoor stage with a calming vibe. There’s something to be said for a new take on ’70s style rock, while also calling to mind the gorgeous riffs of My Morning Jacket. 

…And then Erykah Badu’s voice fluttered into ears from a nearby stage.
